Shaun 斯奈德 is CEO of the National Association of State Treasurers, one of many positions he has held in the public service and association/nonprofit sectors. Shaun previously served as COO of the American Psychiatric Association, COO and interim director of the D.C. Department of Health, special assistant to the general counsel at the U.S. Department of 住房 and Urban Development, and legislative counsel for the D.C. 委员会. 他曾在民主党任职.C. 酒吧 in many capacities, including as treasurer (2020–2021, 2022–2023), president-elect (2023-2024), and as a member of the executive, 预算, and finance committees of the D.C. 酒吧 董事会 of Governors.

斯奈德 holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He was named a Certified Association Executive by the American Society of Association Executives.
